This policy explains how we handle personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) when you use futurelink-core.digital.

Data we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message content. We also store your cookie consent choice in your browser’s local storage (not on our servers).

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals for scoped consulting engagements, and maintain records of business correspondence. The lawful basis is your consent when submitting the form and our legitimate interest in operating a professional services business.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution.

Inquiry JSON payloads are posted to our same-domain API endpoint (/api/inquiry) and handled on infrastructure we control. We do not sell personal data. Processors (such as email or ticketing providers) are used only if needed to deliver replies and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@futurelink-core.digital. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Thailand, data may be processed in Thailand where our office is located.
