Refund & Cancellation Policy

FutureLink Core Software Consulting Co., Ltd. provides paid programming consulting through scoped projects and advisory sessions. This policy explains refunds and cancellations. Proposed terms—pending business confirmation of final fee schedules.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for consulting engagements where work has not yet been delivered as defined in your statement of work (SOW). Deposits for scheduled advisory sessions may be refundable if you cancel with sufficient notice (see below).

Timeframes

• Advisory sessions: Cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start for a full refund of any prepaid session fee.
• Scoped projects: If you cancel before kickoff and we have not allocated specialist time, prepaid amounts are refunded minus any documented third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
• After work starts: Fees for completed milestones or hours already delivered are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party licenses, travel already booked, or rush scheduling premiums identified in your SOW are non-refundable once purchased.

Process

Email info@futurelink-core.digital or call +66-43-000-2316 with your SOW reference. We confirm receipt within three business days and process approved refunds within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule of an advisory session is allowed with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, subject to consultant availability.

No-shows

Missing a scheduled session without notice may forfeit prepaid fees.

Disputes

We aim to resolve billing concerns directly. Thai consumer protection laws may provide additional remedies where applicable.
